Default 91-97 WLWB searching

Hello , Pa resident looking for coach in well cared for Good to excellent condition with maintenance records. Some preferences are the following:
1-Wood interior preferred to laminate but will entertain the right laminate.
2-Silver tone fixtures vs Gold/brass.
3-Separate toilet in later models
4-Mid entry or side aisle preferred but realize limited in number
5-Intend to boondock so don’t want all electric model
6-Wood floors a plus
7-Updated upholstery and decorating
8-Solar a plus
9-Full timing touches and considerations
10- Buffet’s a plus in Galley
Prefer east coast as don’t like to fly. Sure to be other things but don’t want to discourage anyone from discussing their coach with me.
Pictures are very helpful in determining the investment of time to visit the coach and owner.
Seems some like to banter over the tires , IMO they either are good to go, have limited life left or are in need of replacement. Asking price of coach should reflect tire and battery condition please .
If you are considering sale, or just not using enough please consider contacting me and discussing your coach

Respectfully,
Craig Haedrich

Depending on year and how outfitted would have some flexibility. Gonna try to stay within upper limit of 75k for later model coaches and adjust down accordingly for older. From the months I’ve spent here learning it seems that I ought to be able to find a quality maintained coach within that range.
And thanks to all that have contributed to the WOG to make it a wonderful resource and community. It’s really a unique thing that I look forward to becoming a part of.

Buying a 20+ coach, you are going to have to be willing to compromise.
Mid door, rare, might find but if you insist, it is going to lessing the coaches.
If you are typical, after you start the search you will probably change your mind on a few items.

i would suggest you make a list of what you want in terms of importance.
You have come to the right place to look, and we help in any way we can, good to have you in the forum.

Mallie, this is a wish list of preferences and reason I refer to as wish list is that I know you are absolutely right. Compromises will be a given. But I wanted to get this out there in the event anyone is thinking about selling or life has changed the road their on. All of these things are of importance , series 60 aquahot and jacobs are weighted more heavily than 8v92 Primus and retarder. Mid entry and side aisle I realize are rare birds. We also like Twin beds option.

To Bills reply, we both are still working and have a farm with animals to care for making it difficult to do anything that has not been planned well in advance. I have reserved spot at WOG Pine Mountain and hope to arrive in a new to us coach for my lessons in humility.

Rallies are really important to Bird shoppers.
There may be more choices that a new person is unaware of,
in the end it is usually all about budget and condition & condition, and may not be color. There is a high level of ownership knowledge & experience available at a rally.
Sooner or later a quick decision may need to be made.

Try this date.

This may be your lucky day as Tommy is wanting to sell his coach, so you should contact him.

Craig, some advice I often give and few take,
at least put an e mail on you tag line, the message thing on here is a pain. And a phone number too. If you do, you will have more contact.
