How big/small is it?

is the air coming through the hose?
if you can only pump in 3 oz of mmo in 3 days you have a problem of air going into the bus.
i can pump in a quart of mmo in less than a minute.
so something in your home compressor, air hose, mmo injector or the connection to the bus is bad.
revisit all that and get back with us.
Randy, from his picture it looks like he's using an 'air oiler' inline with the shop supply, so rather slow to 'inject'.

Ya, the compressor runs a long time before it shuts off - Kinda dinky 5.1 SCFM (see pic)?

But, like I said, it was doing the job (pressurizing all bags) then all of a sudden, front bags stopped pressurizing.

Clint:

Thanks for the undercarriage pic! ... Just need to get some jackstands now

I have a similar setup as Rodney. I'm drawing a blank on how to introduce MMO without the mister?? TIA

Post #9 - The aluminum check valves are C-125 Humphrey. Three of them. Treat them kindly as the aluminum will split.

Twist and pull. Add MMO to the full line. Reassemble.

Default Front airbags not pressuring up!!?? + Gonna crawl under the bus!!

Update to this thread …

Aired up the bus yesterday and the front did air up … A bit …

Really took its time and definitely did not get to full height, I’d say it should have gone up another 4, maybe 5 inches.

I did it differently this time in that I just left the toggle switch on the dash in the “Up” position (I left the tag rocker in “Dump”) with my shop compressor working away, rather than letting the air tanks get full first, then hitting the toggle. Don’t know if that hints at anything.

So it got up a few inches and the shop compressor shut itself off with aux. air gauge in the tank bay @ 120 lbs.

While the front bags were pressurizing I listened as best I could and did not hear any leaks, just the sounds of the bags expanding slowly could be heard …

But after they topped out (not at full height though) and the compressor stopped, I did hear the sounds of air leaks around the front wheels – Nothing extreme, but not comforting either.

Anyways, knowing I’ve got to get under there, I ordered a pair of 22 ton (rated each) jackstands – per 1st attached pic from Summit Racing.

I’m appropriately intimidated at the thought of crawling under there – I’ve got a 15” deep packed gravel parking spot for it (see 2nd + 3rd pics) …

Just wondering what you guys think – The gravel was dumped and packed in April ’21, and has a slight slope toward the road and to the street side of the bus for water runoff, otherwise pretty straight.

The jackstands on order are supposed to have an 11” x 11” base … And my plan after successfully positioning and supporting the bus would be to wait at least 24 hours before sliding under there with careful measurements made for any changes in height.

What I’d really like to know is where exactly (i.e., which underside components) I should position the stands on the bus – Both, for raising / supporting the front as well as the back.
