Default Hi from N Cal near Yosemite

In my 2 weeks or so of studies on the best used motorhome for the money it looks like BB should be at the top of the list. Lots to learn still. Plans are I will be buying around Aug this year and go from a big house in the mountains to a full-time rv-er. Not sure yet how important slide outs are for full timing. Looks like the wide bodies would be the least expensive but maybe too crowded for full timers?

I have a 92 WB40 here that would make a very good full time coach. I think that any 40+ foot BlueBird would make a good full time coach, tons of basement space as well as ample living space.

If retirement means you want to go park anf watch TV,then you need a slide!or two,or three!.
But if you like to get out, walk, play golf?(just kidding) fish or bike,if you plan on being outside, you will not need a slide.
If you have a big dog,a slide may be for you.
I had a slide coach,we boondock a lot,we sold the slide since we just didnt use it (the slide).
WE have a no slide coach and love it.
I think Carol would like to have a slideout,maybe..
If i was going to have a slide today,i would be looking at the 09 on buybyebluebird, with 3 slides.

Default Road Trip?

If you’re serious...

Next week & just a days drive south of you is the second largest annual gathering of Birds in the nation. The absolute best way to decide what’s important to you is to see nearly every Wanderlodge model ever made in one place! Thursday the 24th is Open Coach Tour day, which would be even better. Find details at this link: https://www.wanderlodgeownersgroup.c...ad.php?t=30669.
