I installed the tires and gave it glance. The owner found a more suitable FC and chose not to move forward with this example.

Mike, for anyone that honestly takes the time to read the Forum, your "gave it a glance" means a great deal. I would rate that right up there with your "lotta good there," comment. The information you willingly share is amazing and selfless. If I were considering an FC, the money would have been wired.

I'm really having a problem with why you would hijack a thread that was started by a long time member to sell his bus, with a link for the sale of another. Another one by the way that is from FB no less. Disappointing to say the least. If you would have started a separate thread there wouldn't be an issue.
