CAC is in the rear next to the radiator. Here is a pic from our 90 SP.
It would have a 300 turbo 3208 and ZF 5HP-500 trans.

Closer than I am. Grab it! Fix it! Flip it! Bring it to WOG and let's have an auction!!! Chip can be auctioneer, Randy will be security. Give Randy a hot cattle prod and Chip the mike.

It’s only 1207 miles from me. And I’m pretty sure my pickup won’t pull it home.

If it weren’t for these little issues, my hand would be up so fast it would make your head spin.

Thinking that this model is what Randy and Woody did the engine swap with ???

What engine was used for that swap?? It sure would be tempting to use a little bit more modern engine than the 3208. Would an S60 fit in it ??

I’m thinking this would give Jeff a great YouTube opportunity and he must not be much more than an hour away. How about it, Jeff?

I was thinking DuraMax and maybe you could get away without a bubblebutt. Im afraid an S60 would be too heavy. Just a thought - not fully researched.

It can be done without a bubblebutt, the 8.3 could have been put in without a bubblebutt.
On the 8,3 conversion we had a week to do it,and we did not have time to shorten the driveshaft,if we had shortened the driveshaft and if we had the shorter 3060 it would have fit like a glove.
AS it was,it was like those old biker buildoff shows,or one of those hotrod shows where you had a week to build it.

There lots of room for a swap, you just need an engine and trans and a welder and some drive.

I like doing that kind of work, but i'm focused on the older stuff (i have no idea why).
I guess i like the classics birds.

BUT,somebody needs to save this one,repower with a 8.3 or 5.9 and a 3060 allison.

The scrapper is going to get it soon....

we used an 8.3 cummins and a 3060 allison.
Its a single axle coach, you have to keep the weight down,S60 is way too heavy.
