Default Leaky Injection Pump

I downloaded the list of seals and rings for Throttle Rod Repair parts list, but I am wondering where to order the parts from. I am in Marietta, GA so there are ample parts stores here but which stores carry these parts?
I would also like to replace both oil cooler hoses.

Hey Sandy, how are you?

Try Yancey Brothers CAT http://www.yanceybros.com/
Only CAT dealers carry the parts you need, you will need to give them the serial number and arrangement number of your engine (on one of the valve covers). They won't sell parts without it..

Hi Gardner,
We're doing really well. Hope you are back up to par. We would love to hear about you and Kathy and your adventures since we saw you last. I rebuilt both starters after we met up with you at Peggy's Cove. I read your posts and hope that all is well with you now.
The injection pump has been leaking more and more as we drove down to Marietta.
Thanks so much for all of the information, that helps tremendously.

Just a little note , the ultra low sulfer diesel is hard on seals and o-rings in the old injector pumps. Always best to use a fuel conditioner or additive .

My recovery is on track, but it will not happen quickly. I go to physical therapy twice a week and do daily assigned exercises plus walk as far as I can (weather permitting). Walking is a lot like driving an FC so I use a walking stick for extra stability. Considering how it could have turned out I have little to complain about. I feel pretty sure we will be back on the road in the Spring or summer. We will probably keep the trips a little shorter for a while, but who knows?

Wow, glad to hear that you are on track and it sounds like you are working hard to make your full come back. I suppose that geocaching will have to wait until the spring or summer too?
We hope to head back to Nova Scotia via Montreal sometime in April. Our son and wife are expecting a little sister for their two year old son early in April.

Yes, Yancey Brothers is off of six flags road out I-20 from west 285. Nice people in the parts department. They are also open on Saturday morning.

Got some of my parts for the repair on the injection pump leak. I still have to go back for some things, they should be in this next week. I am wondering about the throttle rod: does it just tap out or do I need a puller? to get it off.
