There is always a way, just need the darkness of night. Amazing how the dirt seems to evaporate off the coach at night, and the water tank is miraculously filled in the morning

The route you are currently on matches what I did on the motorcycle to Oshkosh and back a couple years ago. What would have been a 12 hour ride each way on the interstates took me 2 days. Lots of fun and lots to see. I will admit it was hard to keep the motorcycle at the speed limit on some of those roads

Cruising through North Dakota we passed fields of Canola. The iridescent yellow of the flowers was amazing. We stopped at the Lewis & Clark campground on Lake Sakakawea for a couple of days.

ARRRG, it is in the 90's, we got back from a day of driving to the Theodore Roosevelt NP and there was no power. I fired up the genie and the AC's, Then I saw three power company trucks heading for the big pole up on the hill with a huge transformer on one truck. Guess we will be back up in a couple of hours or so.

My first clue was the campground WIFI had disappeared, then we turned the AC's on, but of course, nothing happened.

Out here on the Washington coast in Westport, Wa.
Had a heat wave today.....got up to 64 degrees!
We have a workcamping gig here till next April.
We had a home in Ocean Shores across the harbor so are used to the winters here.
Small town (2,500 people) but big with the fishing boats. They have pretty much killed all the salmon fishing so they have switched to bottom fishing.
Hope you travelers stay cool out there.

Check out the cafe in Medora they have some real old cowboys, who come in daily for morning coffee, I mean gossip.

Medora is way south of us now. We are headed West from Willeston in a round-about path avoiding construction. We are taking the 85 truck route west of Willeston. Interestingly, that road is not in my 2013 Streets and trips. More interesting is the Google maps show the road superimposed over the landscape, but the map photos were made before the highway was built so the road runs through buildings, etc. But the 'street view' shows the road.
