Larry, Of course I don't own a BMC but I think Tim Rees used it a couple of years ago on the way to Frankenmuth Rally. I was sure somebody else did also but can't recall who said it. Maybe Lee Davis? Anyway, the word was that they were satisfied. You are talking about the facility in Charlotte, MI right? Anyway, just responding because nobody else has yet.

I have used the Charlotte, Mi. facility and have been generally satisfied, seems a little pricey, but aren't they all.

Agreed, they all can be pricey.

IMHO, it is better to spend more per hour at a knowledgeable shop than spend less per hour at a shop that learns on my dime. Please provide some feedback/review after your service/repair.

Good luck!!

Default Spartan

I had them do their $100 --44 point (at least I think it was 44) inspection and they found my air compressor problem (which I had to have fixed elsewhere) and checked on some other stuff, like adjusted ride height, etc.. I thought it was worth the cost of that. You have to watch out for one thing. I tell them that if they find something I can fix (for example they wanted to clean my brakes lights as one didn't work and that's an easy fix for me) I will do that. You don't need to pay them over $100/hr to do stuff like that. I just want them to tell me what is needed and then I can decide if they should go ahead or if I can do it.

I think they do quality work, but as someone said, it ain't cheap.

Good Luck

Lee,
That is what I am wanting them to do, is the 44 point chassis inspection...
I hear what you are saying about them doing it for $$$ an hour...
Thanks for the info...

A very reputable and customer oriented operation. They are tops in my book. They also have a computerized weigh scale building that outputs individual wheel weights and don't charge much. I'll take mine up there in a month or so just to have it weighed for the first time since major mods.

Spartan Motors has been a client of ours for 10+ years and I know these guys well. I would recommend them without hesitation, not because they are a client, but because I know they take good care of their customers.
