Default Ballpark price for new airbags

Please move if this is under the wrong heading.

Hi all,I’m looking at an FC that’s will need airbags before to long, just wondering about how many hours of labor I should expect and around how much the bags should cost.

While I’m here, what’s the life expectancy of the belts? They were put on in 2010.

Thanks
Rex

Truckspring.com has the parts, 1 hour per bag? My belts are about the same age and I'm planning to replace them. I recently replaced my front bags with very competent help and it was a 2 hour per bag project.

estimate 3K for bags and 1K for belts, unless you do the work yourself.
Then check the hoses and radiator, and hope all is good and labor is less than my estimate.

Bill is pretty spot on with what I paid for the bags and labour to install them.

Belts I do myself. I'd never burden a mechanic to open my front radiator

Where are you finding anything that lists this company as a source for Wanderlodge suspension? I looked and can't find a thing.

Have you ever purchased anything that was exposed to weather and the elements that was made out of cheap Chinese plastic or rubber? If you had you wouldn't be looking here and betting your life or safety of others in doing so. I have bought some cheap s**t made from Chinese plastic and rubber that deteriorated so fast it made your head spin. None of that stuff had to hold up a 30K+ pound bus. Just saying

JIms right.
I would stick with firestone bags or something made here.
The labor is to intense to put cheap parts on.
Plus the labor to do it on the road will ruin your vacation.
