Default Unknown ACCESSORY switch

On the upper right side of the lower dash panel, I have a momentary switch which is only labeled 'ACCESSORY'. When depressed, some relays click that are located in the little door by the driver's right foot (CB). And if the dash radio is on, it turns off and the speakers pop.

Is this some sort of CB speaker switch? Should it toggle/latch? Can't find any documentation.

Sounds / looks like it might be a PO custom mod
Does your CB have all the controls in the mic?

Yes, but there's also driver and passenger CB volume control knobs. No idea how the integrates with the cabin speakers. Thought it might be part of this switch?
