I think this is a new conversion to Webasto from Primus,Allen will confirm.
Allen, where did you tap into the fuel system?

Mike, I thought the same thing on the hose. I even took the hose off and split the entire length of it with a knife and it looked great inside with no breakdown or damage. I am thinking something may have been in the hose or strainer from when it was made. The Webasto was a new complete unit with hoses and inline filter. I used the inline filter and hose on the unit and never took it apart when I installed the unit.

Randy, I and am feeding it from the top of Racor using a nut I modified that gets nice clean diesel. I am working on a permanent manifold design along with a fuel pump for priming and filtering to the tank. It looks kinda rough now since I kept adding stuff for testing and trying whatever it needed to keep the burner working. I am also using the front Primus controls for temperature now with a relay from the front pump. All the blowers inside are working good. I like the snap disc control on the fans as it keeps if from blowing cold air. I had to get the higher temperature control limit for the Webasto to get the coolant hot enough to make the discs operate correctly. The burner cycles on and off as needed now.

When I get all this done I will post more information......or new thread.
