Ok, the official setting for my ISX is 675HP with little over 2000LBS/FT torgue

Just got off the phone with Don, the programmer, and thats what he told me.
The computer and EGR block off kit is on the way back to Mike, so we should see some updates soon

Just in case anyone thought this project died

SHEESH... that is awesome! About twice what I've got. Cool thing is torque is about twice what I've got, too.
Read a diesel truck magazine recently and noted that tuners are getting that much power from MUCH smaller displacement diesels. I guess this setting would afford you plenty of longevity, too.

Doug, It was only a click of a mouse on his computer and Don could have made it 800HP and still be reliable for my application, but I would have needed a special "built" transmission to match, my current Trans is only good for 650HP, so im pushing it as it is.
I dont have that kind of money to throw around either, and The fuel milage would also go out the window.

On the extreme side, they can build my dodge ram 5.9 Cummins to make 800hp too, not for very long mind you, it also just pours fuel out the exhaust, and would leave a trail of black smoke so thick, you could cut it with a chain saw.
And on these ISX's and C15's? they can build them to make THOUSANDS of HP, but you would have to own shares in BP or Shell

Anyway, Don says this "Bird" is gonna "fly" with this engine, cant wait to drive it

Found a SMOKING deal, and bought 4x Brand new 2011 Leather Captains chairs.
They are on the way down to Mikes shop, Mike will mount them for me.

Mounting Driver & Passenger, then 2 across from the couch against the wall. As you can see, they are fully adjustable, and have built in seat belts.
All 4 cost me $1150. How do you beat that???

The drivers set will be fixed on the Air ride Base, while the passenger and the other 2 will be on swivel bases.

Ebay, they came from some high end Toyota.
They have more if you want some. When they first listed them, they were priced at $575/pair. Now they changed the price to $1575/pair. I emailed the seller and asked for the $575 price, they gave it to me, so I bought 2 pairs.

While I was in a shopping mood, I grabbed a Flow Rite Battery watering system. I've seen them for as much as $500 for the kit, I got this one for $85 This was a must have for me since my batteries are sandwiched between my aquahot and gen, I cant get to them to check the water level.

I am looking for a deal on 2 brand new Dometic Duo-Therm Penguin 15,000 Air conditioners now.
I had 2 incomplete ones that came with the Coach, but I sold them.
I want to start fresh with 2 new complete units.....
Anyone have any contacts?

just as a thought on the A/Cs, did you see that busconversions.com thread about the guys using the mini-split units? They are cheap ($400 / unit) and good replacements for cruisair type installations. I prefer my cruisairs to the roof mounted as they are much quieter.
just a thought that might be worth exploring.

I bet those seats are from a Toyota van or that hybrid SUV / van. Very nice buying.

Doug, a link to the mini split thread would be nice.
