Smile M380 Fireplace

Thought that some M380 owners may be interested in the electric fireplace that we put into a modified salon cabinet. Sure has been nice the last several weeks (even in Florida). Works great.

Smile M380 Fireplace

Actually, we lost very little useable space. As you can see, we kept the drawer and added the DVD storage shelves (previously was an unusable void). It hard to see in the pic, but the void on the right side was opened up to store the 4" thick campground book. The fact that the DVD's and campground book are secure, makes for a more efficient storage. The only storage lost was the area behind the fireplace insert, but the other two areas mentioned, pretty much replaced that lost; previously had to remove most of the "stuff" to get to any thing.

I wonder how that would look in our BMC.

What a great idea!!!!! I love it!!
It's really a matter of convenience and priorities. Nice touch for a couple's space!
Where about are you in Florida?
We are in Cortez.

We're currently in Dover, FL heading to Sarasota next week. We used the fireplace every night week before last - ambience and heat - great combination.

What is the power &/OR heat source? We gave my daughter a electric one for her apt.

The power for the heater is 115v which was readily accessible in the cable race way in the back of the cabinet.
