I installed new LED strips from LEDwholsalers.com today. This strip went in the upper living room up-lights above the bins. I decided to use the RGB lights which come with a remote that chooses colors and will even dance to music!

Smile FC Fluorescent Lights Replace With LED's

I finished a project yesterday that installed 16 LED light strips in place of the old fluorescent tubes around the coach and am pleased with the results so far. Got the strips from Michael Putz at mike.putz@cox.net. Ordered the "warm" light LEDs and think they provide good light without the harsh blue effect you get from some LEDs. Chief advantages of the new lights are low current drain, reliability, eliminate TV static I was getting from fluorescent fixtures. Some of the old fixtures were also in the process of losing some waxy substance I assume was coming from the 12v inverters inside. Cost was $400. Not cheap, but what is these days? Only concerns during installation was dealing with delicate wires from LED strips and power regulators and confusing wire color coding. Overall, I recommend this change out.

Hey Eric, Glad those worked out for you. Many people here have upgraded using the Neutek product. You get better performance, even lighting, consistent color and life-time warranty. So the added expense is well worth the investment. For those of you shopping around the above example costs $25 per fixture to upgrade to a superior product made in the USA.

I've converted all my Marker lights to LEDs, the 4 bulls-eyes on the sides, all the 18 inch Flourescents to LEDs, and all the Hella Taillights to LEDs. I do have a couple of questions. Has anyone come up with a good LED bulb replacement for the Morse Docking lights? And finally is there a good LED headlight out there to replace the standard rectangluar headlights?

This is all I can find so far, but I don't want to pay almost $400 x 4 for headlights. I'll look again in a few years!
