Default Is this the aux pump? (I hope so)

Today looking at my bus I came across a missing belt on what appears to be the aux water pump. I'd like someone to verify this for me.

I seem to see a wire , it could be the compressor for the dash AC.
The bird would not travel far with any other missing belt.

I am with Bill. Looks like the a/c compressor. Probably a York.

Randy is correct. That is the air conditioner and it does take two belts. If you go to an industrial belt store, you can generally get a matched set of belts that are the same length so that one belt is not handling all the load.
