this morning i tried the pump,just to make sure it worked.
Yep,it worked perfectly.
So,it was a cheap easy fix.

I just checked it again,its working perfectly.
I could see 3 possible reasons it didnt work,the wes some block goo in the end cap with the brushes,not on the brushes.
One brush seemed to be sticking
and the plug that holds the brush in the end cap was loose.
The brushes were about 60% so i left them in place.

I had taken a brush out of a spare motor long ago and measured it,then i got on ebay and looked at motor brushes,i converted my numbers to metric and i found brushes that were a little bigger.
I file fit them to fit.
I don't have a part number.

I checked my ebay purchase history as far back as 2016 and did not find the parts.
Thats as far back as i can check.

i took the measurements of 6mm X 6mm but due to heavy wear and taking your suggestion of filing, i did find on amazon 6mm X 6mm X 20mm brushes.
i have ordered a set and see what happens. i will file until they fit correctly, they where $5.oo NOT the $140+ from the dealer...
