My 2000 LX 40 is 40'5" if you don't count the ladder and 40'10" if you do.

95 was a split engine year. 40 foot it must be a 8v.

You're right Kip, it's an 8V92. I would have liked a S60 just so my brother-in-law wouldn't moan and complain so much when I take it to his shop to do things I don't want to tackle. That said, there is a soft place in my heart for the 2 strokes. They carried me a many a mile when I was trucking and made me a many a dollar. I only had one let me down and that was in Nova Scotia. 8V71 dropped a hole. I had her towed to Halifax and put back together. She ran fine after that but I never took her out of the country again!


And..... YOUR CAN'T BEAT THE SOUND!!
