That is nice!
The thing that I really liked was the 200A transfer switch so no sub-panel needed. I mean it isn't a big deal to have a sub-panel added but it is pretty cool. I'm currently upgrading my 1974 home's electrical and have already pushed the main panel to the limit. So I'm having a Generac Meter/Panel/Transfer Switch installed outside. That will let me offload the big loads (AC units) to that panel and open up 8 positions on my original (now sub) panel. It lets me put my 6K AIO into the panel without worry about the AC unit trying to blow it up. The Generac panel also has the hookups to put a generator on it to boot. But if I could do it over, I would probably do this 15K beast as it is truly all in one. I'm already too invested in parts to start over now. ![]()
