I doubt it will sell on Ebay sight unseen. Just a way to advertise it. I certainly would not, just too many things can be unseen in pictures. But if I were in the market, I would go take a look.

Took a look at the 95 WB this afternoon.
Good outside overall with some clear coat peel up front. Paint otherwise pretty good. Small scratch back street side corner.
Fender flare on curb side drive axle is loose from outside dual tire coming apart. Needs to be re-attached. Also bay door in front of drive axle will not open due to inner fender being bent into compartment by same tire.
One musical horn is broken and bath area vent cap needs replaced. Toilet area vent needs to be replaced.
7 tires are 03 models and the curb outside dual is Chinese.
Entry door grab handle is MIA.
Oil leak on engine at filler neck. Looks like a gasket or cap but it could be from blow-by.
Oil leak from hydraulic fan motor area that's pretty messy. Needs attention asap.
Coolant level is low. Not appearing in sight glass.
Aqua hot coolant level is very low. None in reservoir or as far as I could reach down into tank. Carpet in the bay shows some dark discoloration. Possible leak.
House batteries showing age.
Needs chair inside across from sofa.
Tile in kitchen area is broken in several places. Needs replaced.
Carpet is usable but stained. Also needs replaced at some point.
Leather upholstery is intact but has a little staining in some high use areas.
Cabinetry is melamine and in good shape.
No signs of roof leaks inside but several small areas need attention.
6 Zip Dee chairs in basement.
They were closed when I got there but were very accommodating to let me crawl the gate to go over it. I didn't get to run it.

also,
from the pictures of the front gauge panel, with the engine running, there is zero oil pressure showing on the pressure gauge?

You are probably better off starting a new thread rather than inserting replies in this one.

OK<heres what i found.
outside theres 2 big scratchs in the paint, not through the base color, its just a cosmetic thing.
I looked under it,its clean and no rust.
i looked hard at the radiator,it looks good,no rot.
The engine looks better in person than it does in the pics.
The oil fill cap is known to leak, its right above the gear train and lots of oil is splashing in the area, all it needs is a new oil cap,710 cap.
Theres has been some seepage around the engine fan motor,no fresh oil was seen, but its dirty and the oil has made the dirt stick,no a big worry to me.
Engine was full of oil and someone here mentioned coolant was low, mine always shows low when cold, fire that s60 u and the coolant climbs up where the bulb shows it,the glass bulb is too high in he tank.

I rolled the gennie out,its clean, full of oil, runs great with no smoke, last serviced 2011,has 300 hours on the service.
Filters had dates and hours in sharpie on them.

Needs tires

Batteries, well,it has good looking batteries in it,Dekas for house batteries, the sides are bulged.
I don't use bulged sides as a reason to change batteries,i know some people do.

The coach is plugged in and AC's were on,the bedroom AC was not working, all switchs were on and it should have been working,so...

Has a house fridge, newer, nice and cold.

Coach is dusty on the outside, which means to me it was stored inside.

Inside was pretty good, needs a good cleaning, carpet shampoed.
floor tiles in kitchen are broken and loose,at least 6 of them need to be fixed.

As mention there is some staining on the leather dinette bottom, one side only,i would not worry about it.

Original TVs
Stove has been used, but not abused.
Microwave is newer

Bays are clean, bottoms protected with plywood.
Spare filters and other stuff,i did not inventory it all.

Aquahot:
Ok,the cover on the aquahot was loose,so i took it off.
The reason it was loose is the domestic hot water loop has been bypassed,i have seen this several times, most of the time the loop has freeze damage.
Sometimes this can be soldered, but requires the whole unit be removed from the coach for the repair, the coil can be rewound,i have seen it done, but you have to be pretty handy to pull that off.

Another way to fix it is to add a small house water heater in that bay, don't worry about fixing the loop.
I have seen this done several times.
Or,send the aquahot back forfactory rebuild,$10,000 will cover that.

NOTE:
there may be other issues with the aquahot, this is what i spotted in a 4 minute inspection.

So,all in all,it needs:
Tires
Cosmetics
Maybe batteries
Aquahot work
Rear AC work

Also, the rear fender is loose on the front edge, all it needs is to be pulled out by hand, pump a little ureathane in the crack and away you go.
