Default M380 fresh water pump

My fresh water pump runs constantly. I cannot see the brand, however, on the right side it appears to be a flojet. A water line hooks to the round filter on the side of the pump. It appears the pressure switch isn't working. Has anyone had this problem? How did you solve it? If I need a new pump do you have a number? Thank you.

Default fresh water pump for M380

I had to replace my pump for the same reason a few months ago. The RV Aquatec pump is now handled by REMCO Towing. REMCO no longer manufactures or services the electronic controls for the pumps originally installed in our coaches. Their new 5.0 gpm model interchanges with the original. The part number is 55AQUAJET-ARV for the 12VDC model with a fuse, or 55AQUAJET-ORV for the version without the fuse. The are about $170 from the factory as I recall. I found a brand new one on EBay for about half that price. There are several listed on EBAY at this time but no bargains except for the 3.0 gpm pump at about $60.

Contact details for the factory are:
REMCO SERVICE DEPARTMENT
4605 STATE HWY 27 E
ALEXANDRIA, MN 56308
Tel: 763-253-4740
Fax: 763-253-4741

Good luck!

Thank you for your very prompt reply. I am checking on the replacement. I have not found any bargains. So will look a few more days before I pay the big bucks. I am presently at Marathon, Fla in a rv park and using their water.

Looking forward to thanking you in person at RATS.
