Hydraulic filter change
Drained and refilled hydraulic reservoir.
Note failed ac line in pic. Wondered why the dash air failed on the way home. Need to figure out a way to take the stress off that fitting.

Getting alternator off. Most likely bad voltage regulator. Was showing 16.8 Volts with motor running
 Getting it rebuilt.

Swapped out the automatic transfer switch today. Easy wire swapping and works like a charm. This one I replaced with has a built in surge protector so I like that feature.

FC Alternator
Removed my 40 year old alternator and was going to replace it- thanks Mike-
but a local truck repair sent it in to a shop to have it gone though

Replaced the missing lock arm on my big Zip Dee patio awning and opened it. First time. Also went over all the other awnings. Need to do some more work on them, but they look good for being almost 17 years old.

Cried a little.
I was having low voltage warnings from the inverter. Took the house batteries out and all 8 failed load test. They lasted all of 3 years (with a 2 year warranty of course). I was hoping to change to LiFePo next year but kinda had to buy some batteries now. So I only bought 4 and disconnected the cables that were for the second bank. So now I only have half the battery capacity, but at least they work. Used Shane's trick with the copper anti-seize to try to keep these terminals from corroding. Think I need to make new feeder cables as they are made that both positive and negative feed off the same side so it is possible that the first battery is taking the majority of the draw all the time.

Aquahot switch
Try to exercise the Aquahot every so often and the other day it would not light. Oh No a dreaded AH problem !
But after some testing replaced the dash switch and all is good. Lesson learned to go with the simple fix first.
