Default Seguin Diesel Truck Service, Bird Service, Seguin Texas

Steve Gureasko...This is Jim Barone, fulltiming in a 1991 WBWL, currently in Tubac Arizona. We will be leaving next week for the East coast and I would like to stop in Seguin for a lube job, drain the air tanks, and check the air dryer. Is your recommendation for Seguin Diesel Truck Service a good place to stop for this type of service? Do they have a pit for this type of work? Thanks, Jim Barone

Jim,
Yes, I recommend them very highly. The owner,Clyde Schumman, has a '90 or '91 Bird,
and is a member of the Lone Star Birds. He is very familar with them as most of the LSB
people get their work done there. He is usually busy, so phone ahead(830-379-7212),
and he will fit you in so that you don't have to wait.

Howdy, Jim.
Excuse me for butting in. Jack takes our 1993 WL to Seguin Diesel and is very pleased with their work on our coach.

Default Bird repair Seguin Texas

Thanks for butting in Liz. I appreciate your input. We are planning to stop for service in Seguin and will probably stay a few days to visit San Antonio, San Marcus and other sights. Do you know of an RV park in Seguin. Jim Barone

Jim,
When you call Clyde, ask him. If he doesn't know of one, he will ask some of the other
members living in that area.

Try Canyon Trail RV Resort, 6050 IH-35 So., San Marcos. http://www.canyontrailrv.com

About 25 miles from Seguin, and convenient to San Marcos and New Braunfels.

Default TX service recommendations

Anyone have a suggestion for a good place to get our Bird serviced in TX. We'll be traveling through on a line from Fort Worth to San Antonio and want to have someone experienced look over the mechanicals (hoses, air bags, etc.)

I've seen some mentions of Fort Worth Diesel, Prevost in Fort Worth and Seguin Diesel.

Does anyone have direct experience with any of those service centers (good or bad) or any other suggestions?

Thanks
