Default INDOOR RV/Bus storage with power - GA/SC line @ AUGUSTA

Link: https://csrarvboatstorage.com/

I had the distinct pleasure to meet Mr. E.T. Thompson today. E.T. is the former President of Rest Master Bedding, a South Carolina mattress manufacturer and a forward-thinking guy who is putting the lion's share of his gorgeous 68k S/F warehouse / ex manufacturing facility on 10 acres towards a very high quality indoor storage facility for coaches, RVs and boats. Right off I-20 and I-520 on the South Carolina side of Augusta. Selfishly I'm very happy as my Prevost has a new home indoors! I have offered to help E.T. grow his business as I like the guy and what this can become. As I'll be putting time and effort into helping him I'll also be able to help you look after anything you'd also like to get indoors and there will shortly be collateral value-added services available at this location. I have also leaned on him a little to consider part of the warehouse be dedicated to climate controlled collector automobile storage, something he had already considered and has a smaller side room that could be climate controlled without issue (told you he was a smart guy). Reach out to me or just call E.T. for more info, tell him I sent you.

One Coach I was potentially looking at in Louisiana he was shelling out 500/month for indoor storage.

Just out of curiosity what did he mention about rodent control?

Funny you should ask. Said there was never a problem when they had a mattress factory there.

By the way, it's no more than $330/month hooked up to 30A. An FC35 would be slightly less. 7% discount when committing to a year's lease. Cheap for what you get!
