Default toe kick heaters

Any one know where the relay is for the kitchen toe kick heater.my blue box is missing some schematics. my bus is a 1990 40 ft wb

First check the simple things. Mine is a 99 so might be a little different. On mine the toe kick heater and the airconditioners use the same relays. On mine the relay is in the wall behind the garbage can cupboard. First make sure your air conditioning switches are on at the drivers seat. Then attempt to turn on the toe kick heater. By the way its just two screws to pull the heater out and clean it. You can then test it to make sure its not the heater.
Ask me how I know this simple solution can be easily overlooked

Just went through this on my '97 WB43. Relay that is activated by thermostat switching on 120v, is on wall behind kitchen cabinet. Main 120v feed comes from large air conditioner 1 relay in rear closet under floor.

Mine dont work unless the swithes are on at drivers cockpit that control roof mount ac mine are above my head.
