The factory location is between the turbo and blower. They do not measure airbox pressure. But I will be

That’s kinda what I figured, I know the fuel modulator line comes off there as well. Yea I think an air box pressure gauge would be helpful, you will be able to see any pressure differential across the blower.

I have been looking for an exhaust pressure sensor of some kind that I can use. It looks like some Fords had one installed at the factory on some of their over complicated abominations, I might try one. I have a couple of extra inputs on my fancy controller. It's just another bung to weld on. I have to redo the whole exhaust anyways.

The blower and injectors should net me somewhere in the 400-450hp range. The spiffy turbo should get it to move out better and run cleaner under the curve, but we'll see.

I’m running the same as you 83 6v
So I’m watch closely
I have zero doubt you will make hp
I just ran 1500 miles at 36,400 lb
With ford f150 6450
Averaged 64 mph
With 6.6 mpg
The additional ponys would nice in the hills
But I noticed I ran out of rpm’s at 78 to 80
Not that I ran at thought speeds but I had to find out what it would do

I am on the lookout for some rear gears and will upgrade to a higher set if it comes long. I have GPS-verified that about 2150 RPM is about 72mph, and that's it, on flat ground, towing or not. In order to use more of the new HP's and possibly efficiency I need to lower that. I want to run a little faster, but I really need to lower the 70mph RPM a couple hundred.

Welcome back to the Puget Sound area, Jim. You must have brought the rain with you, eh?
