Question Electrical Issues

anyone near NH that is good at trouble shooting electrical issues on my 2001 LX ME. thanks any service centers would get great even if I had to travel.

Ian, no landing lights, switches both light up when you turn either one on. At the side fuse block, no power to either light? thanks
