Default Dead Panel

The display panel in the kitchen of my 1983 FC is not working. None of the displays light. I don't seem to be able to locate the primary power connection in the diagrams. Does anyone know how this is powered. Is there a master switch somewhere? ( the one in the upper cabnet over the couch is on and some devices like the radio are energized by it, so it is working) The anti theft switch is on (when off the starter won't engage).
