Default Racor Bowl With Wires

My coach is starting hard, evidence that air exists. The bowl in my Racor is old and discolored but I can barely see some bubbles going on.
I ordered a new bowl. I might end up changing the whole thing out.
I am going to purchase a Lexan drill and see it I can modify the new bowl to accept the probes on my old bowl. I plan to seal them with JB weld.
Anyone done this before.
