Default Breather pipe cut 6v92

Found a cut in this vent breather pipe. Not sure where it terminates. Has any one changed one? From what I've read, it seems that it is supposed to release oil. I've searched on google and the forum and can't find the part or information about replacement. Or is it just a standard hose? Is it supposed to be routed through the hole in the bracket? It looks like it rubbed the bracket until it created the hole.

That bracket looks like a lifting eye. Not a place for the hose to run.

its a crankcase vent hose with a hole rubbed in it.
Wrap the hose with alum tape or something, the other end is wide open...

Maybe cut a coke can and hold it in place with hose clamp.
