On my 94pt I had a issue like this and corrected it by cleaning the wire connections documented. .for some reason i was able to shift to n then drive prior to cleaning connections. I also ran the Jack's down and up tight. Soon after the bus started shutting down while driving. Off complete. That repair was a new silver self reset fuse that is located in a group of two behind rear bumper across from The bulk oil squeeze handle. (Not a replace fuse repairman but in this instance I think the fuse was the issue because it is a bit in the weather) won't hurt to learn where these two ign fuses are.
