Default Ft Myers Florida to west coast Seattle

Ok guys here I go never been there but going to look at a 450 if purchased I would really appreciate some guidance in what highways are best to take to the coast. And what ones to avoid.
A little concerned about storms as where I’m from we haven’t seen those things yet.
So the thought is Florida to St Paul Minnesota (big car show) then westward so any help would be appreciated.

Greg,

I'm thinking you mean Ft Myers. If so you have a long awesome trip in store . My first stop would be USA Coach in Clearwater . have them take a look a your coach and spend a few days there getting to explore the area . Richard and rick are 2 knowledgeable guys who will have your best interest at heart . From there head North to escape the heat

Al is not joking about the heat.
It was registering 100F today and felt like 120F in good ole Ft. Myers.

Safe travels.

Thanks to all for the warnings of heat you were right. Drove back with no problems. The coach ran perfectly, the new owner learned a lot. I would say to anyone the best way to get to know your coach is hit the road you will learn lots in a very short time. Of course make sure your coach is in good condition and road worthy first. But what a ride enjoyed the country and the people we met.
Thanks to all.

Ha! Chris,your so right!
But theres a story (theres always a story).
WE had a guy we called Tommy two shoes,he had a 450 and he proudly displayed his credit cards in his tool box drawers.
No tools,just credit cards!
He was a funny guy,and my "no cards" comment was for him,and his friends.
Hes gone now (RIP),but we remember him!
