I have the moulds for the Bumpers

Ok, few updates....

The interior overhead compartments have been removed, along with the baseboard heaters.

Pre-fitting the windows and finding the right spots.

All the aluminium sheets removed, now I need the proper Bay Doors.
I am hoping to suff a 75Gal Propane tank in here beside the fuel tank.

I actually do have 2 of these 40' coaches..BUT the one that you see in the background is not mine, but is a 45' wonderlodge with the cummins 600hp engine that is also getting completed.
My second 40' coach doesnt have an engine, but is pretty much in the same shape as the current one in these pic's

BTW, We are working to skin this coach with Stainless steel to look like the other one in the background. Also plan on glueing on the metal to cut down on any rivets, for a nice clean skin.

On your latest 2009 bus What are your rated axle gvwr weights?
It should be on a placard somewhere... should be three of them..

I think its important to compare it to the lxi and 40' PT series gvwr.

75 gallon is about 450 lbs? Diesel fuel how many gallons?
300?x8= 2400 lbs does that fuel tank go clear across?

You might want to look for some dead space under the chassis for propane tank. You want it outside where the wind can get to it. Not real enclosed. When they are filled there is allot of fumes and vapors escaped you don't want them trapped in your cargo area. I guess you could vent stuff. That stuff really goes when it goes! Especially if it is trapped gas!

Find out what that (front axle is good for in #) divide by two

Try to distribute that weight.....
