Hello Everybody,
We purchased "Ro Baby Ro" from Scott and Marisol Westland on Friday. We are very excited to now be part of the Wanderlodge family. Scott and Marisol were enxcellent to work with and we truly appreciate their journey in this bus and what she has meant to them. Thanks Scott and Marisol for your patience with us during the purchasing process.
We also would like to thank Randy Dupree for answering countless questions, taking numerous phone calls and for the time you spent with us in Pine Mountain this past October. Randy Dupree and Bill Pape are fabulous Ambassadors for the Wanderlodge Brand and the history it represents.
Finally, a great big thank you to Don Meyer for assisting us with the purchase. We are grateful to you and you wife for stopping in Tucson on you way to "Q" to give our Blue Bird the once over. We can't express our appreciation enough for your selfless giving. The next time you pass through Chattanooga, TN please let us know. We owe you a great dinner and we know just the place to take you all.
This coming Friday we'll make the journey from Arizona to Tennessee in our Wanderlodge. We're excited and nervous at the same time. We are having some general preventative service performed at the Tucson W.W. Williams facility before we embark on our trip east. With a little bit of luck, it will be a trip without any surprises or disappointments. We'll keep everyone posted on our progress next weekend.

Quick update on our family's new Wanderlodge. We picked up the bus from Tucson Arizona's WW Williams after engine Oil and Filter change, fuel filter change, air filter change, transmission fluid and filter change, generator service, generator battery replacement. We left on Friday evening January 26 at 11 pm Mountain time. We arrived home in Chattanooga on Sunday, January 28 around 11:30 pm. We drove the I-10 I-20 route covering 1725 miles and 8 states in 46 hours total time. Our Bird did really well, ran like a well oiled machine and never tired. I can't say the same for us. We are now preparing our list of all the things that we want to do and placed we want to visit in our Wanderlodge. We look forward to seeing all of you over the coming years at the various rallies and get togethers. Thanks again to everyone who supported us with information and advice during the purchasing process.

I see that this is only your 2nd post. Welcome aboard. It’s been my experience that it is very helpful and self informative if you read through all or some of the previous comments on the particular thread. Please read previous posts #21, 23 & 24. They are numbered in the top right hand corner, opposite of your name. Good luck in finding a Bluebird.

Sorry, No slight intended. With only your 2nd post, I assumed that you did not have much experience on the forum. In hindsight, I probably should have just said yes to your inquiry, and left it at that. I was only trying to help you in the future to understand how that segment of the forum works. After three years, I’m still learning how to use it myself. I apologize if you were offended.
