Default M450 PTO & Pump

One year ago early 2018 we took the pump off to look at the splines, every thing looked good so greased it and put it back on, seeing more spline failures on different buses on this site, I thought to get ahead of the failure I would switch it over to wet spline, so I ordered a wet spline conversion kit for a chelsea 267x pto #328591-141x that is for a 7/8 13 tooth wet spline. Now late 2019 about 3 weeks ago, pulled pump down again and found a lot of spline wear. I talked to another owner that just went thru the same thing and got the new part #s for updated pto and replacement pump as the original is no longer available and no parts either. new pto is a chelsea 267XBFJP-M3RF this is the pressure lube or grease type, I wanted wet spline so ordered wet conversion kit #328591-129x that is 1" 15 tooth to match new pump from hydraulic specialties # A10V63DFR153RPUC61NO thru fleetpride in Brainard MN (218-825-8807) Dewayne Collins in service, to order wet spine pto is # 267XBFJW-M5AF 1" 15 tooth and not have to do the conversion. Pump bracket needs some modification. I also think you could just do the 1" 15 tooth conversion #328591-129x to the original pto and be fine. One other note the #4 JIC male tee that came with the kit was wrong for ours, need a #4 JIC male tee with the down leg needing to male NPT instead of SAE O-Ring

Thanks Reid, this is the first case of spline wear reported here on WOG for the 450 (that i remember).
Chances are nobody else has checked them yet?
