Default heat exchanger, proheat x-45

Picked up a proheat x-45 coolant heater. I am going to run a closed loop for my cab heat and a heat exchanger to preheat the engine. What heat exchangers have you guys used? All i seem to come up with are the plate style? I was hoping for a round one that didn't cost a mint.
Thanks

Scott, I purchased a heat exchanger on ebay, plate type that fits nicely behind rear bumper. I don't remember the vendor, but it is well made. Rated higher temp and pressure than required for our application. If you need I'll try and research for a source. Happy travels!

Thanks Frank. I’ll either go with one of those or one like this.

Ok, Ive got a good plan going, but i need some help.

I'm looking at 12v ball valves, problem is they are all solenoid type ( normally open or closed) and require power to stay opened or closed. Do they make electric valves that more of a motorized deal, open and close but only use power while opening and closing?
thanks for the help!
