Well, the weather Gods finally gave me a good day to spray some color and clear on the bus. Everything west pretty smooth today without any issues. With basically having giant 4 wheel flypaper sitting here for a couple hours until the clear finally sets up there were zero bugs that came around. Usually you get at least one to land in the clear coat but thank heavens nothing like that happened today! I'll get everything re-assembled and get at some of the smaller issues that I can get finished before the Rocky Mtn Rally. I still want to get to the solar if I can. If all goes well I will tackle the front cap and repair all of the road rash there when I get back from the rally. I'll have to admit it's turning out pretty good!

More work on the paint! Stripped and repainted the top outermost of the bus, both sides the full length of the bus. My original idea was to paint the outermost base clear and then prep the center sections separately for Dicor roof coating but now I’m not sure! I might just climb up there and finish up the center with base clear. I’m going to give it some more thought. Anyway. I figure that I have painted a little over half the bus by now. Lol ! I still have a few things that still need attention but it’s time to get focused on the solar panel installation. Trying to get all this completed for Quartzite 2025.
