Tenor girl. I managed to break my horn on the last day of high school. The bell twisted and the pads no longer cover the holes. they told me it would be cheaper to get a new horn than fix it. My hubby got me another horn for Christmas on year but then I discovered not all Tenors are alike. My hands were too small to reach the octave key without depressing the palm keys. So that horn went back.
now I know I have to find one that has the octave key tilted to the palm keys and not to the other side of the thumb rest. I have considered downgrading to an alto for space efficiency on the bus, but I just love the mellowness of the tenor.

BTW, I am Gatorgrl89 on eBay.
Save the d&d figures and the tea pot you can start a new tradition at rallies.
D&D and tea with D.

Well, managed to sell the jet ski this morning and the Getzen Bugle this afternoon. Sold 7 bike boxes of BMX bikes last week. So far Operation Liquidation is going well.

I am now convinced people are crazy. I finally got all 71 of my tiny D &D figurines pictured and uploaded to eBay and my phone is going crazy with cash sounds. Who would have thought that a bunch of tiny pewter figurines from the 1980's would have garnered this much interest?

Heck , depending on how all this plays out, I may have to get back into painting them again.

If you go to eBay and type "D & D figurines" in the search bar, chances are you will be looking at my statues, they all have a solid black background. They are so freaking small, it was difficult to accurately photograph them. The photos just don't do them justice.

What kind of margin do you get from selling $5 items on ebay? It sounds like a lot of work to pack and ship.

I am just trying to get rid of stuff I have been holding on to for the last 30 years. I just find it funny they are worth anything to anyone, besides me and that's only because I put so much time into painting them. I used to do this back in college to make money. D & D was big in that town then. These are just ones I didn't sell off and just kept in my possession.

I am hoping to be well enough to be at Pine Mountain but, barring a miracle, I won't be playing any music. Not up for any loud sounds yet. Making and listening to music is one of my greatest misses.....
