A trip from FL to South GA in Aug and you think a Genny is not needed?....in that case, you may never fix it!

Well, we made it there and are back home now. And the generator was not needed because we have full hook ups at the campground. We have never used the generator while driving, that just seems crazy to us. This is also why we usually travel at night, cooler temps with the windows open. We had to travel home today in the daytime and that was not much fun. Lots of rain and heat. If it was raining, we had to close the windows and bake. He wants to work on getting a 12v a/c compressor and making the dash a/c work. Not holding my breath.

We finally found my son a house on the afternoon of the last day. I hope he likes it. That market was crazy hot. We lost 2 bids on 2 other places and this house we did get was listed that morning and under contract that evening. In any event, it was nice to just not be home. Came home to a flooded yard and pouring rain. Can't wait to leave!!!!!

Oh and the g/f. her mom and lil sister were great. They came by the bus in the evening and we had wine and beer over the fire. They loved the bus and all agreed there was no way they all could have stayed there for a week. All 5 of us were inside once and I was feeling claustrophobic.
