I found that putting a little air regulator in the "tank" just before the air goes into the valve has helped a lot. Now I can crank up my compressor to 90ish PSI and the toilet only gets 60PSI - and there is a little reserve in the tank.
I used one of these> http://www.harborfreight.com/14-in-m...uge-68226.html I also added in a oiler for the toilet compressor. Not scientific, but I'm thinking that the oil will help that old toilet valve some.

They recommend Silicone Lubricant, and according to their chart, very little is needed. I use a spray can to put a shot in the line from the compressor once a year.

I didn't wait until mine quit. I just got fed up with the darn thing leaking water out of the bowl all the time. Changed the seal, but had to remove the Microphor to do that, so why stop there. Changed the whole toilet to a Dometic 320 and like Dan LOVE IT!!! I have had the high rise, elongated, toilets at home since they first came out. Now I have one in the coach and it is great.
