Randy mentioned driving an hour and then doing a walk around. The first few hours, and days, will be a little nerve wracking. Don’t push so hard, take frequent breaks and stop at every rest area. It’s going to take a lot more out of you to drive a new vehicle and especially in mountains and cold weather. Take your time and be safe.

When I bought my coach I asked the owner if he would mind me sending some stuff to his house before I flew up. Little did he know that turned into a stack of Amazon boxes plus one from home. A really good flashlight and Gerber multitool got my dad and I the 800 miles back to Atlanta.

For after you do get back home- were planning to go to Pine Mountain RVC camping and visit Callaway Gardens December 13 and 14. Come join us!

Cynthia-

We have been out of town, sorry for the delay in responding. St Vrain State Park is about two miles from our shop in Longmont. We also have a 1997 WB. Would be glad to be of any help we can. We also have an MCI certified mechanic about fifteen miles from the park. Don't know what the park does about water this time of year, but we can help there.

If you haven't driven the mountains before, I would go west to Craig, north to I-80, east to I-25, and south to exit 240 Hwy 119, to reach the park. You can easily avoid Denver and get to 287 from here. Do check with WYDOT about conditions on I-80. Email or call if we can be of any help.

Hi thanks a million. We are going to get there to Denver a little late tonight. Probably a little too late to chat. We would love to meet up though.
