Default Front Passenger Window Removal

Is there a trick to removing the front passenger window? My son was mowing this evening while I was working on the engine and he shot a rock into it, breaking the glass.

I looked it over pretty well, and I feel dumb. I just don't see how it comes out, short of taking the entire window pane out. Surely it's not that difficult, is it?

Any one have a trick to it?

I watched as they replaced mine and it looked pretty straight forward. He cleaned and treated the rubber gasket. The 1/4 inch cord kept the rubber tight.

Yeah, the side slider window...however...my passenger windshield needs to be replaced as well at some time. Small crack in it...but the slider window is shattered.

A rock being shot out of a mower is probably traveling in excess of 80 mph...good thing it hit the window and not one of my other kids!
