Default M380 powertech gen

I have a fuel leak Where the Lines go into the back side of the gen cover on The inside. Can you get the back cover off while it is still in the bus or do you have to pull the gen all the way out? If so dose it slide out after you unhook the push pull rod and the Lines And Sires?

Scott,

It is possible to remove the covers with the generator still in the coach. Not easy, but possible. Run it out to the max and start taking off the bolts that hold the covers on. Just make sure that it is securely block up the bus and that you have a small guy doing the work.

To answer your other question. Yes, the gen will slide out completely if you disconnect the drive and all the wires and fuel hoses.
