Default RIP John

He was a good friend, and helped me with the Forum many, many times. He will be sorely missed by my wife, Donna and myself. So many good times. Donna would feed John before me, and John never let me forget it. Many laughs over the years. I am glad he went peacefully.

So sorry to hear the news. As a newbie owner, I was looking forward to being John’s next door neighbor (until I was upgraded for the second time) at the rally. His posts have been must read material for me for the few months I’ve been a member here.

My condolences to all that new him personally, as well as his his family.

Sad day.

Unhappy Very Sad News.

Jack and I are very sorry to hear this news about John. He was one of the first Bird owners that we met years ago while we were taking on fuel in Amarillo, TX. We always enjoyed reading about his adventures. We appreciated the informative articles and helpful hints John would provide in order to help some Bird owner.

As is said in our faith - May his memory be a blessing. Rest in peace, honored friend.

We were lucky to have had the chance to meet him at Q a couple of years ago.I am truly sorry for the loss! He did so much for this community and his educational posts will continue to enlighten new Wanderlodge owners for years to come! He will certainly be missed!

Kathy and I are truly saddened by this news. John and I would kid each other about shaking, though I really don't that much. I will miss him very much.
