Default Discounted AquaHot and Webasto parts

I finally got around to getting my online parts store up and running.

If you're interested in AquaHot or Webasto parts at a discount, check out the items I have online at the moment (all prices include free shipping and no sales tax - except orders shipped to FL).

As a factory certified tech, I have access to the complete line of parts so feel free to PM me with any needs you have. I also offer discounted labor rates to WOG members, in case you want me to crawl into your bays the next time your unit needs work.

If you'd like to discuss the possibility of a group buy for parts, I'm open to that, as well.

Thanks,
Bruce

Hi, I may well be in need of some more parts. I have a 98 Bird and have replaced the control unit as well as the coil some time ago. Right now I don't know why it isn't firing I checked the nozle and the ignition sensing window and I don't know what is ailing the unit. I have an 8th of a tank of fuel, and am wondering if the pick up tube may not draw any fuel. However the fuel filter looks full.
I tried to fire her up and it delayed for 2 or more seconds than normal and then it fired for 2-4 seconds then quit with blue smoke.
Any ideas what to check further as I am a long way away from any service guy living at the end of WA state going into Canada.
Thanks and have a good - - - - -
Gehard

Gerhard I would search through Roger Berke's site for trouble shooting advice. Here's a link to his site

My unit will not fire with around an 1/8th tank of fuel. If you follow your line you most likely will see it running up hill. If I go put fuel in the tank the unit works fine. I have concluded that the static pressure of increased fuel in the tank makes the difference.

With a little planning and a little help, you can fire the burner out of the heater.
Need a second person to turn it on and off as needed. And you need to be very careful as you will be holding a live gun burner if it fires. But it will give you a view of the sequence, the spray pattern, and see if the igniter is firing correctly ect. If it fires then dies, the flame sensor circuit is failing.
