Andy, you need an excuse like me. Mine excuse is that after years of gathering empirical evidence I have come to the undeniable conclusion that memory cells reside in hair pigment. It has been verified by the fact that Dorinda colors her hair and her memory is superb. I would try that, but I might lose the excuse....

Checked out the Mode button on the shifter control and it cured the surging when using the cruise control. Went over three hundred miles and the cruise control worked perfect whenever the mode was selected. Hills did not bother it and the transmission will shift down when needed. Thank all of you for the advise.
