Default BMC Throttle Linkage

It seems the two Cummins dealers I have been to don't have a clue how to put the throttle linkage back together. As a result my throttle takes the leg muscles of Arnold Schwartezenegger to push down and sometimes it will not retract to the Zero position which can make the transmission not shift.
The spent over 10 hours trying to put it back together after some engine work at the Cummins place in Normal Ill, and as they are part of the same outfit (Cummins Crosspoint) I am now in Knoxville TN and they are trying to fix it.

If any of you guys who have BMC's could take a few digital pictures of the linkage from the back and from the passengers side (getting in on the right side of the 2 big fans) that might help. It's a little tricky to get in there, but if it's possible, we may be able to see where these guys went wrong.

Default Stiff Throttle problems

The extremely stiff throttle problem came from a Cummins shop that had no clue how to put the linkage back together after working on the injector pump. I covered it in detail on my post in the transmission section about not going into gear problems. The throttle position can affect that (something I didn't know). However, I am becoming an expert on it. Not how to fix it, just all the things that can go wrong and how to read the appropriate important data over the shoulder of the guy with the Allison computer plugged in .
