391 stalled while braking
I've got an engine stalling issue I'm trying to track down. We have a 1971 FC with a 391 engine and vacuum brakes. Yesterday we had the engine stall while stopping at a red light. I put the bus in neutral, turned the key, and it fired right up no issues. Any idea what could of caused this? Maybe a vacuum leak somewhere? Our pressure gauge always seems to read just over 25.

Sounds like a leak in the vacum booster or hose going to it. If it stalls at idle when step on brake is a dead giveaway.

Rebuilt doesn't mean that there isn't still a problem with them

they had a 5/8" check valve in line to fix that
did you replace that white 2 line valve
