Per John Finn's "What to post here" thread, I will keep this short and as sweet as I can.

After living in our bus almost six months, and meeting many awesome WOG members during the process, we're selling out.

The SP came from Randy, as a brokered sale. Randy has not worked on the bus, but has been very supportive through the presales and post sales experience.

This is a Colorado bus, and is currently here, in Colorado. I believe the bus has lived its entire life in Arizona and Colorado (when not out traveling).

The bus is NOT perfect. If you're interested, I will share every single wart I've discovered. I will be as transparent as you'd want any seller to be. The WOG community has been INCREDIBLE to me and my family, and I will absolutely treat you, the potential buyer, with the respect the WOG community has shown me.

The bus IS very pretty. Oak interior. Silver exterior. New-ish paint, new-ish crated CAT 3208, rebuilt ZF transmission. The trans was rebuilt by the ZF team in Chicago. 178k total miles on the bus. Green marble tile flooring in the bathroom and galley. Original carpet elsewhere. Brushed stainless bathroom walls. New, custom drapes and upholstery. Newly redone driver's and passenger's seats. Flat panel TV's and rear camera display. New Magnum inverter/charger. New Haier home fridge.

There are issues, though. Water damage happened when the fresh water tank cracked. I opened up the tile on the stairs to ensure the bus got as dry as possible without potentially removing the entire tile area. I will go into detail if you're interested. There is zero heaving anywhere on the floor. The fresh tank is removed.

The Eng Alarm light sometimes comes on and I don't know why. The corresponding gauges work and show all clear.

We bought the bus with a Microphor toilet, pictured, but swapped it out for a composting toilet. If you buy the bus, we would expect you to supply the toilet of your choosing. We will keep the composting toilet (stop laughing, Rick).

The roof airs are new-ish and work well. The two fantastic fans work well. The bus heats itself BUT the Primus is a mystery to me. I've relied on electric fans. One Primus boiler makes reassuring noises and creates heat. One Primus boiler is quiet and does not create heat. I have not looked into this.

There is a chip in the passenger windshield, sustained on our drive home from south Florida, this past December.

Batteries are new-ish. Tires are also new-ish (4 years I think) Firestones.

I bought this bus to travel full time with my family, wrongly thinking it was perfect. I don't want you to do the same. If you are interested, I'd like to be around $40k. I won't accept $20k, but I'd be open to conversations in between.

The bus is currently stored outside, in Loveland, CO. It's still dirty from the drive home from Florida, but I'd be happy to host anyone interested in a tour. It was detailed at WOG, so it's not TOO terrible!

If this description is too short, I will flesh out any open items over text, email, phone, face to face and/or WOG. Hope to see this bus go to a good home.

Matt spent several days @ my shop in WI getting a boot camp experience on bus operation. This example has some issues, but nothing particularly out of character for a bus of this vintage and mileage. The engine is strong and the ZF works as it should, there's still a lot of good in this SP, needs a can do owner to make it better.

Smile Discount for Mr. Flynn

Should John Finn be so inclined, there's a John Flynn discount with his name on it... sorta.

Nope, I'm still satisfied with my 82FC35RB model, the John Flynn moniker is nothing new for me, as I have been called a lot worse.

At my house you are still known as "Mr. Finn" sorta like Mr. Tibbs!

Default Zero interest?

I'm open to feedback here. What price would this become interesting?
