Windshield Replacement 1994 WB

the WB used 2 styles of side windows,one has 2 big panes of glass,one of which slides.
the other style has the small sliding window at the bottom,the top glass is fixed.
The large sliding glass is simply flat glass that any glass shop can cut,the tint may be the problem.

Thx Randy - this has the large slider but it's the fixed side with the radiused corners that broke. You're right, matching the tint is looking like an issue.

On Smoke n Mirrors, we have broken the front slider on the curb side, back in the bedroom. Lawn mower threw a rock.

Any chance you have one of those?

Were there ever screens for the front sliding windows? If so does anyone know where I could get some or do I need to make them?

Randy - the broken one is the fixed panel (2 radiused corners)

I ended up making a screen for my bedroom window with radiused corners.

Results of trip to shop:

Shop agrees they can put new glass in existing frame, BUT - they measure it at 1/8" thick and tell me that no one makes 1/8" laminated glass anymore. The single layer tempered glass doesn't come close to matching tint - recommendation is to have tint shop match the tint after the the new glass is installed (not the same shop doing the glass)
