Default PMMI module ? Identify?

Hello all,

Can somebody please tell me what this module does ?
Under the dash, behind the center drawers, aluminum box .
I have it disconnected and the musical horn still works so it is not that....what else PMMI modules were used on ?

555 and a 4017 sounds like the delay for something. Could it have been for those turn signal corner lights that stay on? Could be the wiper delay/mist thing, too. It sure has a lot of pins on that connector.

The small IC is a Driver and the large IC is a Counter, so most likely it is for the wiper delay when on intermittent of 2-20 sweeps per minute.

Just a guess.
